Although property maintenance and repairs are not a welcome expense, they are an expected expense. We encourage our commercial clients to consider building maintenance projects as an opportunity to reduce expected expenses, by replacing high maintenance products with low maintenance products.
To illustrate, when roof replacement or exterior shell improvements are required, many of our clients (including residential and agricultural) choose steel as a cost effective and long-term environmentally friendly material.
